Activist Artist
Creating art with the hope it will be a rock in the creation of a world where we all get to be equal and safe.
About
Born in one of the main cities of the Congo (DRC), my peaceful childhood and rich international experiences from early on equipped me with an open mind. I had the privilege of living in different countries throughout Africa, Europe, and America, which made me feel free to become whoever I wanted to be - a dreamer.
I would like to tell you the story of what started as supporting and defending my classmates from a variety of school issues, and quickly became the component of my Ikigai; my life's purpose.

The Journey to Querencía
Journey to Querencia is an assembly of artwork that displays the emotional journey of a multi-hats, a black young woman and a self-taught artist. The beginning of the project drew the artist to places in her life where struggles and trials were at their peak, where the light at the end of the tunnel was the awareness.
The images that inspired the artist came as a result of meditation on the balance that life, often, forces to take when the darkness of the outside world tries to creep in the peace inside the soul, not only for her but for everyone vulnerable enough to feel it or made vulnerable by someone’s else actions. Journey to Querencia is about us.
